Judge Donald Cole Byrd Reappointment
                       to theTrial Court Budget Working Group.

The Superior Court of California, County of Glenn is pleased to announce that Judge Donald Cole Byrd has been reappointed by Ronald M. George, Chief Justice of California, to the state wide Trial Court Budget Working Group. Judge Byrd has been participating in this Working Group since September 2004.

The Working Group’s primary purpose is to advise the Judicial Council on the preparation, development and implementation of the Judicial Branch Budget. Judge Byrd was selected to represent the collective interests of the trial courts statewide by bringing his expertise from the local area court’s perspective and to represent the interests of courts of similar size and funding levels.
